不透明牙本质瓷的厚度对In-Ceram渗透铝瓷基底复合颜色影响的实验研究

  [摘要]目的:研究Vidadur Alpha 饰瓷中不透明牙本质瓷的厚度对In-Ceram渗透铝瓷复合颜色的影响。方法:分别制作四种颜色渗透铝瓷基底AL1、AL2、AL3、AL4,厚度为0.5mm。在渗透铝瓷基底表面分别构筑与其相对应的A1、A3、B4、C4的不透明牙本质瓷,厚度分别为0.1mm、0.2mm、0.3mm、0.4mm、0.5mm五种。用MINOLTA CR-321型测色仪在标准白背景下测色,记录数值,进行比较、分析。结果:①复合颜色随不透明牙本质瓷厚度的增加,四种试件的明度值L呈下降趋势;②饱和度在一定的厚度范围内无显著性差异(P>0.05);③不透明牙本质瓷厚度在0.2~0.4mm时,色相角无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论:不透明牙本质瓷厚度变化对调节修复体最终的颜色有一定的影响。

  A study of color between opaque-dentine porcelain and in-ceram glass/alumina composite

  Abstract:Objective To investigate the influence of the thickness of opaque-dentine porcelain on the composite color of opaque dentine and infiltrated alumina substrates complex. Methods In-Ceram Glass/alumina composite specimens (AL1, AL2, AL3 and AL4) were prepared with the thickness of 0.5mm, Opaque-Dentine Porcelain (A1, A3, B4 and C4) were applied with the thickness of 0.1mm, 0.2mm, 0.3mm, 0.4mm and 0.5mm respectively. The composite color was measured with MINOLTA CR-321 colorimeter under standard white background, data were recorded and analyzed. Results ①With the Opaque-Dentine porcelain was increased, the L value of each group were decreased. ② Chroma value of each specimen group was remained relatively stable (P>0.05) ③ Within the thickness between 0.2-0.4mm, the Hue value remains relatively stable (P>0.05). Conclusion The thickness of Opaque-Dentine Procelain will probably influence the final color of All-Ceramic Prosthetics.
